Villa Sapphire is a beautiful villa, right on the sea with private pool and walking distance to a picturesque fishing village, and with watersports facilities within a short walk.

It is located on the south-east side of the island in a sheltered position, and has been designed with a simple, modern Cycladic style that balances harmoniously the traditions of the island with a contemporary taste.

The villa is built over two levels. The three bedrooms are on the ground floor level. There is a master bedroom with king-size double bed, en-suite bathroom and a sofa bed where an extra child could be accommodated. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size double bed and separate bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has two single beds and separate bathroom. All bedrooms access a large veranda overlooking the garden.

Upstairs is a large open-plan living room with dining room and very well equipped kitchen. From this space, doors open onto a large terrace with outdoor dining table and comfortable outdoor living area with built-in sofa with plenty of cushions overlooking the garden, pool and sea.

At the heart of the property is a fabulous infinity pool (12.5m x 4.5m) which seems to merge seamlessly with the sea which is just metres away. The pool terrace also has a great barbecue area with outdoor dining area and a relaxing outodoor living area. Enjoying the incredible sunsets with chilled glass of wine is one of the memorable experiences of Villa Saphhire.

Just steps away from the villa, one can access the sea via some rocks making it a perfect spot for a cooling dip in the early mornings or evenings. Just 5 mins by foot are two beaches: Alyki Beach which is a lovely, sandy beach with great facilities including watersports such as windsurfing, kite-surfing and scuba diving, as well as some tavernas. The other beach is small, quiet and remote and also just 5 mins by foot. The fishing village of Alyki is 10 mins away by foot where there is a variety of traditional fish tavernas as well as shops.

The villa includes daily cleaning, WIFI, DVD, Sat TV, dishwasher and washing machine as well as some extras such as cappuccino/espresso machine. There is air-conditioning in every bedroom as well as fans in each room of the house. A cook can be provided at an extra charge. All beach towels and pool towels are also provided.
