Sea Breeze is an enchanting two bedroom stone cottage surrounded by ancient sculptural olive trees, rosemary and orange trees opening out onto a magical view of the Ionian Sea below. 

The cottage consists of an open plan living room, dining area and well equipped kitchen. Furnishings combine elegance with a keen artistic eye - modern comfortable sofas with gorgeous deep pink upholstered dining chairs, colourful original art work, and from all windows beautiful views of sea and nature. Beyond the kitchen is a hallway where there are two bedrooms - the master double bedroom with king-size bed has french windows leading to a sea-facing terrace. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds and views over the serenity of the garden. Between these 2 bedrooms is a bathroom with bath and shower. 

Outside, the idyllic setting has many places where guests can sit and simply enjoy the incredible views and surrounding nature. From the main terrace and outdoor dining area, the perspective of the contours of the coastline slowly emerging before you is quite incredible! The light playing on the sea below and at sunset the pinky-blush, and always a cooling sea breeze.

The Cottage has a gorgeous swimming pool set in a large stone terrace surrounded by a profusion of trees, aromatic herbs, cactus, fruit and flowers.

The property is perfect for guests who want to get away from everything and surround themselves in nature. However, amenities are easy to reach - for those who are reasonably fit you can walk down to the beach and taverna at Agios Jerusalem within about 15 mins. The beach is excellent for snorkelling with pristine water, and the taverna is highly recommended. The salt-pan beach at Alaties is a short drive away also with excellent taverna. Pretty little villages with some shops, cafes, tavernas and grocery shops such as those at Antipata or Magganos are a short drive away. The famous fishing village of Fiskardo with its picturesque horse-shoe shaped harbour lined with restaurants, shops and tavernas is about a 15 min drive away.

Can't tell you how much my daughter and I loved our stay at Sea Breeze.  Your pre arrival info was perfect and helped us find it without any problems after a stop in the village for lunch and to stock up on supplies. When we arrived at Sea Breeze we were simply blown away by the beauty and tranquility of both the villa and the surroundings.  Everything was perfect and the facilities and comfort were first rate. (We soon got our head around not leaving ANYTHING out in the kitchen because of the ants and put EVERYTHING in the fridge!)

Even now, a week after my return, I reimagine myself sitting on that stunning terrace under the olive tree looking out over the sea and the sense of peace listening to the sea below. 

I can't thank you enough for your recommendation when I was unable to book Wine Growers for 2023. You got my needs spot on.

Me and my family are so grateful to you and Pretty Greek Villas for spending two wonderful weeks at Sea Breeze Villa! The property is absolutely lovely, comfortable and very clean. We liked so much the outdoor areas - the shadows of the huge and aged olive trees around the house and the pool and the incredible view to the sea. We liked very much friendly Maria, who supported us with a lot of useful information and welcomed us with food and drinking supplies. To summarize - The Sea Breeze is a charming place to spend a holiday and everybody, who is going to book it, is lucky!
