For guests who enjoy sea-swimming it is ideal, being just 20m from a semi-private beach. With other beaches, watersports, shops, tavernas and beach bars within walking distance plus the privacy and quiet of the location, it is ideal for an extended family or group of friends wanting an easy and relaxing holiday.
The property has a large open-plan living room with comfortable furnishings, flat screen TV, DVD; the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a spacious indoor dining area. Large glass doors lead out onto spacious terraces with elegant outdoor dining and living areas as well as sun terraces where guests can enjoy panoramic views right across the bay to the islands of Naxos, Ios, Sykinos and Irakleia. The property is great for entertaining with many terraces and excellent wood-fired barbecue.
The villa has five bedrooms with five en-suite bathrooms. Four bedrooms have king-size beds, the fifth bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a sofa bed for 2 extra guests.
There is air-conditioning throughout the property and strong WIFI in all areas. Full housekeeping service three times per week.
The villa has an exceptional array of facilities including a private tennis court, two billiard tables (American and French), a gym and fitness room including yoga, basket ball court and table-tennis. The beach in front of the property is semi-private to the villa with golden sand and translucent water. It is the perfect spot to enjoy sea-swimming and sunbathing in privacy, and the surrounding water on three sides of the property is really relaxing for all guests. There is also a private chapel.
When guests want to venture out it is easy to do so on foot. Within a 10 min walk, the village of Drios offers some excellent fish tavernas located in the small harbour as well as small supermarkets and shops. The long, golden sandy beach of Chrisi Akti has some great beach bars with sun umbrellas and loungers, and is famous for its watersports centres including windsurfing.
Whether you are an active person or wanting to relax in peace and privacy, this property works well for all.
