The Seaside Luxury Villa is an elegant 5 bedroom residence on three levels set just above the Aegean Sea and a glorious sandy beach. The villa has been designed in keeping with the local architecture featuring local stone, white-washed walls and spacious verandahs from which to enjoy the incredible blue of the Aegean.
The ground floor has a very large open-plan living area furnished comfortably and tastefully throughout; the large dining area can easily seat a large group of family and friends. There is an office area and guest WC. There is a separate kitchen which is fully equipped and also has its own dining and chill-out area. Large glass doors lead out onto the spacious dining terrace and elegant outdoor living area with stunning sea views.
Upstairs, on the first floor there are three bedrooms - the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom; a bedroom with two large twin beds that can accommodate up to 4 guests, and a room with double sofa bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom. This level has its own living area with small kitchenette, washing machine and small refrigerator. This level is connected internally to the rest of the villa, but it also has its own separate independent entrance from outside should guests on this level want more privacy.
From the hallway, a large wooden staircase leads to the second floor where there are two further bedrooms set under the eaves. The first bedroom is a large open plan space with a double bed and a single bed. There is a separate second bedroom with single bed, and a separate bathroom.
Throughout the house there are so many windows to enjoy the incredible sea and island views. A portable charcoal BBQ is available on demand.
The villa is one of five residences each benefitting from a high level of privacy, and each has direct access to a beautiful sandy beach via a private walkway. There is also an excellent taverna within a minute's walk.
The villa is set near the village of Stenies, a short drive from the main town of Andros 'Chora' where there are many stylish shops, excellent restaurants, bars and museums, including one of Greece’s best-known modern art museums. Andros is a paradise for walkers, with a number of different trails and also features superb beaches.
