Villa Serendipity is an exceptional property designed in the traditional style of the island with sculpted white walls and earth-brown stone walls. Inside, the design is simple yet very stylish conveying a joyful and relaxed feeling where the dominant colour is white with beautiful additions of colour here and there. Its outside spaces, with the colourful garden the views and gorgeous pool make it a wonderful choice for a relaxing holiday. The famous Oscar-winning Greek composer Manos Hatzidakis has spent several summers at the villa where he was in inspired to write his great successes like “Never on Sunday”.
The property comprises a main house accommodating 4 guests and a guest house with four suites accommodating 8 guests. The main house is on two levels. On the ground level is a large dining area, a separate fully equiped kitchen and a living area. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with beautiful views to the sea and en-suite bathroom. The guest house has four independent suites each with en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms at the villa have cable TV and free high speed wi-fi internet access.
Surrounding the villa, the spacious gardens have been thoughtfully planned with plenty of private areas and shaded spots where guests can enjoy the views and the tranquillity of the surroundings. There is a shaded outdoor dining area with direct access from the kitchen and a large pool with plenty of sun loungers as well as outside shower. Unusually, the property also contains a small private chapel typical in style of the island. There is also parking for four cars.
The villa’s location is ideal as it is within walking distance to several organised beaches and tavernas such as Agia Anna which is only 200m from the villa. Kalafatis beach with its water sports center is approx. 450m and Kalo Livadi is 600m away. Only 300m from the villa is an excellent Italian restaurant. Mykonos Town (Chora) is only 3.5kms and it’s a short drive to the airport and port.
Please note prices below are based on up to 12 guests. There is an additional guest house that can be rented for 2 further guests at Euro 1750/week.
