Simply Bella is a beautifully renovated six-bedroom country house, sleeping up to 12 guests and set on a ridge overlooking Gavrio Bay and the Aegean Sea.
The original stone farmhouse has been sensitively modernised, combining traditional stonework and natural materials with contemporary additions and extensive outdoor living areas.
Accommodation
Top Terrace
The first master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and private veranda overlooking the sea.
Hammock Terrace
The second master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room. It can connect internally to a twin bedroom, also with its own en-suite shower room. The two rooms work particularly well for a family with children but can also be completely separated.
Original Farmhouse
There are three further bedrooms: a master double with en-suite bathroom; a bedroom with a queen-size bed and rustic wooden bunk above; and a smaller bedroom tucked away at the rear of the house. The latter two bedrooms share a shower room.
The main living area has a built-in sofa, farmhouse dining table and a well-equipped kitchen with oven, fridge and dishwasher.
Outside
The swimming pool and main outdoor living areas are arranged across three terraces, surrounded by lavender, rosemary, oleander and Mediterranean planting. There is an outdoor kitchen, dining table for 12, built-in seating and a large shaded pergola, as well as smaller seating areas, a hammock and a second outdoor dining area beside the farmhouse kitchen.
Location
Simply Bella is on Andros, with regular ferries from Rafina taking under two hours. Rafina port is approximately 30 minutes from Athens International Airport.
A characterful Andros home with excellent outdoor spaces, beautiful Aegean views and a particularly flexible bedroom layout for families and groups.
