Spetsopoula View is an exclusive property on one of the most exclusive islands in Greece.

The property has been designed as a property where entertainment of its guests can be easily facilitated. It is located on a quiet corner on the island of Spetses opposite the privately owned smaller island of Spetsopoula. The views from the property, over the cypress trees, bougainvillea and other indigenous plants and flowers down to the azure sea and islands beyond is an eye watering experience. The property encompasses this wonderful vista from every angle and the designer has made excellent use of every space. There are numerous places, perfect for every occasion, dining, relaxing with a book, enjoying the company of friends or colleagues, day or night, Spetsopoula View has that perfect spot.

Entering through large dove grey wooden gates, a beautiful garden is revealed in stages. An outdoor shower and changing area cleverly hidden by a colourful curtain, a swimming pool surrounded by teak decking and lawn, flowers cascading into the water scattering their heady scents, an explosion of different textures and colours introduces guests to this sensational property.

The kitchen and outdoor dining area are perfectly positioned close to the swimming pool. Children can safely play and be called for lunch with out disturbing other members of the group who are seeking relaxation in other more secluded parts of the garden. The kitchen, which is very well equipped leads into the open plan living room complete with all modern technology that one would expect from a property of this distinction. The soft furnishings are very comfortable in subtle shades of cream and blue. The sofas surround a coffee table and fireplace punctuated by objects that remind guests of the islands nautical history. On the far side of this open plan living area is a large dining table for 10 guests and a series of double doors, which open onto the garden, an outdoor sitting area perfect for that good book and an alfresco dining table for evening entertaining in summer months all featuring the magnificent view as a backdrop.

There are two double bedrooms, on the ground level. One has en-suite bathroom and the other a separate shower room and WC. Each bedroom enters on to a balcony with wrought iron railings.
Up a level, the master bedroom is located. It is a beautifully decorated room with en-suite bathroom, breakfast terrace and balconies all round.

On the lower ground floor two more double/twin bedrooms are located, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with a separate shower room and WC. These two bedrooms have doors which lead out to a very funky area of the garden.

The lower funky area of the garden has a central feature shaded by a sail-like awning. The white furniture, punctuated by colourful cushions and wicker foot stool has to be one of the coolest chill-out areas we have seen. A second outdoor shower area, constructed with stone is also located in this part of the garden, designed for rinsing off after dips in the sea. The beach is a two minute walk away and there is a buoy/mooring reserved for guests who realise the benefits of renting a little boat in this wonderful area of the Saronic Gulf.

The entire property has been designed in a luxurious manner offering quality furnishings throughout.

This property is perfect for large families, groups of friends or corporate entertaining looking for an exclusive property. There is a daily live-in housekeeper included in the price who also cooks.

Please note that although this villa has 5 bedrooms, the villa owner strictly limits occupancy to 8 guests.
