Villa Stafili is part of a private estate and the lovely creation of a Greek artist. Simple, calm and relaxing in style and set in a gorgeous oasis of trees, plants and a profusion of flowers on the south side of the island walking distance from a sandy beach.
The villa is on two levels. The entrance leads to an open plan living room and kitchen area. The kitchen is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. In the living area, there are comfortable sofas and a coffee table that surround a central fireplace. On this level there is a double bedroom with doors leading to the garden and pool terrance as well as separate bathroom with WC and shower.
The upstairs bedroom upstairs has twin beds that can convert to a double and a separate WC and shower. This bedroom also has private access to a veranda that overlooks the swimming pool.
The property has air-conditioning, WIFI and all modern amenities. There is a daily maid service included in the price, and cooking or preparation of breakfast can be arranged upon request at a small extra charge.
The garden is cleverly designed with pergola-covered areas providing shade for cooking and dining. A dining table and chairs are conveniently positioned close to the outside barbecue area, and the low walls covered in colourful cushions provide comfortable seating and great nooks and crannies in which to relax.
A very short walk away is a beautiful sandy beach. Shops and tavernas are about a 5 minute drive away.
Stafili is perfect for a small family or two couples looking for that special place, with a funky vibe to relax and enjoy the simple aspects of Greek life.

Just to say, we're now all back from Villa Stafili--it was another
lovely stay, every bit as lovely as last year, with not a single thing
to grumble about. So thanks so much for that.
Can I add one thing--the man employed to help around the villas is named Singh; he was there last year too but he had colleagues helping him; anyway, he's a great guy and really added to our enjoyment of the holiday.
He was incredibly helpful, friendly and conscientious--we all
really liked him and I think he deserves high praise, so if that can be
passed on to anyone who will usefully hear it, that would be good.
But other than that, thanks again for your work on this--it's quite
possible we will be in touch around this time next year as well, but who knows...

We had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed staying at Stafili. It was a bit of a shock to arrive home to a 13 degrees windy and rainy Gatwick yesterday; we are missing the Kephalonian sunshine.

I stayed with my family at the splendid Villa Stafili last year and am
coming back to it again this year. It's a lovely villa, really well
looked after, quiet and relaxed; and not only does it have a great pool, but it's really near to the beach.
There were two guys employed to look after the villa and its neighbour, keeping it clean etc, and they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.
Last year, after reading the website's blurb, there were a few things that we wanted to clarify about about the villa (such as: was it truly walking distance to the beach: and yes, it was, which made a huge difference) and the help and advice we got from the Pretty Green Villas people always turned out to be totally trustworthy.
I found them particularly helpful this year when I wanted to return with my family and they made a big effort to make that happen.
I really recommend them--and the Villa Stafilli as well,
almost the first holiday venue I've gone back to a second time!

I just wanted to say we had a lovely holiday in all regards. It's a
great villa, near a wonderful beach; and we loved the restaurants and
other beaches nearby. Singh and JT, who worked at all three villas,
were incredibly helpful and friendly. And we weren't in the slightest
bit bothered by the airport!
It was all we hoped it would be and we couldn't fault it!

We had a really wonderful time there. The set-up was perfect for our large family group, especially the stylish and comfortable outside space which allowed for easy flow between the villas for group meals etc but also plenty of places for people to retreat to when they wanted quieter moments. It was lovely to meet Maria, the owner, who was very helpful, and the housekeepers, Danilo and Marife, who were delightful and gave us a hugely relaxing stay.

We are now sadly back in the UK after a lovely two weeks in Kefalonia and wanted to say how pleased we were with Villa Stafilli.
It is a beautiful villa, exceptionally well equipped and the service you provided, welcome pack, the member of staff (I am sorry I have forgotten his name) and the attention to detail was excellent - we would certainly always come to Pretty Greek Villas for our holidays in the Greek Islands and wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to family and friends.
