From this level, stairs lead up to a galleried master double bedroom with wooden floors and ceiling that overlooks the lounge below.

To the front of the villa is a spacious terrace with built in barbecue and an alfresco dining area with wonderful views over the Bay of Assos towards Myrtos beach.

From the garden, steep steps lead 100 metres down to the seafront where there is a small swimming platform built into the surrounding rock. From here, guests can swim to a wonderful, secluded beach accessible usually only by boat.

Villa Thea is situated within walking distance of the delightful village of Assos (approx 300m). Throughout the village, there is a strong Venetian influence with colourfully painted houses and a horse-shoe shaped harbour with brightly painted fishing boats tied up at the quay. The harbour is illuminated in the evening creating a magical ambiance and is a perfect setting to enjoy a romantic meal at one of the waterside tavernas or cafes while watching the sun set.
