We had a perfect two weeks. The ideal house on the ideal island. Katerina and her parents helped us with any queries and the whole family was so hospitable. We fell in love with Trizonia and with her family! Paradise is what we called it. Thank you so much for recommending it to us.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Nayia on the hidden treasure that is the island of Trizonia in the Gulf of Corinth. Villa Nayia has only recently been built and lovingly designed by its owners, Giorgos and Katerina and they and their family - especially Soula and John - were so welcoming and hospitable.
This is an exceptional property displaying a real eye for detail with its interior design and high quality fittings and furnishings. There is ample space for up to 8 people to be comfortably accommodated here including the garden studio apartment but our family of four adults stayed in the main villa and loved it. In the main villa there are three large bedrooms with en suite bathroom facilities and a spacious lounge and kitchen/dining area as well as a further dining area outside on the first level terrace. There are three private sunbed areas, all stylishly designed and looking straightout onto the glistening sea. Taking a few short steps from the terrace and out through the villa gate, you're on the beach and in the beautiful crystal clear and incredibly clean sea - fantastic! You also have immediate access to a range of wonderful tavernas and bars, just a short stroll along the harbour, where the food and drink is excellent and the welcome is always wonderful and friendly. We recommend the friendly Island Beach & Resto Bar during the day and both the Ostria and Porto Trivonia tavernas in the evening. We were never disappointed!
Katerina, Giorgos, Soula and John arranged welcome gifts and other gifts during our stay, including tomatoes and cucumber from their own garden, ahome made spinach pie (!) and wine. They were always on hand to assist us with anything but never intrusive. We also went on walks and had chats with Soula and she arranged a wonderful boat trip with Alex and Yianna who gave us a tour of all three islands while we sat out on the deck in glorious sunshine.
Trizonia doesn't seem to be that well known in Greece and it somehow manages to retain a special charm of Greece of yesteryear, is not overpopulated with tourists and receives passing visits from yachts and motor cruisers docking in the marina. It's only a two and a half hour drive from Athens and makes a really refreshing change to heading to the popular Greek tourist traps. Leaving the hire car in the car park at Chania on themainland when we arrived, it was fabulous to then get the boat taxi for the short 5 minute ride across to the island where there are no cars. And you can pop back on the boat taxi whenever you want to go to the nearby mini market for supplies. There are plenty of places to explore on the nearby mainland but we were so enchanted by Trizonia, we wanted to hang out there and relished having everything within easy walking distance or a short boat ride.
It's a truly magical place and we thoroughly recommend you to experience Villa Nayia on Trizonia for yourselves.
Thank you to Katerina, Giorgos, Soula and John for being such amazing hosts.

Nicola and family arrived 10th July 2022
The villa was lovely, fantastic location and really well equipped. Trizonia was better than I thought it would be - a great combination of being really peaceful but still near bars and restaurants. It worked for all of us - the 12 month old baby, the teenager and the adults all thought it was great.
Panagiotis P. arrived 13th August 2022
It was an excellent stay, we liked it a lot, both Soula & Katerina, together with their Husbands, were extremely kind, with a very high sense of hospitality.
The Villa itself was also SUPER FINE, very Modern, well equiped and I really wish to COMMENT (publish) this in Public.

Thanks for a very enjoyable week at Villa Nayia. We have nothing but good things to say about our stay. The villa, the village and the island are totally charming. Thanks to Soula and John for their hospitality during our stay, the spirit and olive oil were both most welcome.

Dear PGV
Where to begin. We had the most amazing time staying at the Villa Nayia. Soula and Yannis and their family are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. From the moment we arrived we felt instantly relaxed. The Villa is newly built and beautifully done. It had all of the necessary modern conveniences that you would expect but with lots of added extras…like a bottle of Olive oil, home grown cherry tomatoes, a bottle of Raki and a huge slab of feta. What more do you need.
We went on walks with Soula and her grandchildren, and found some quiet beaches on the island. We also walked with Yannis and discovered interesting facts about early island life.
Soula arranged for a friend Poulheria to take us out on her boat and we spent a glorious day snorkelling and cruising around the island.
We were also invited along with Soula and Yannis to attend a Greek wedding at the taverna next door. Which was a wonderful experience and the hospitality of the Greek people is something that always astounds us!?? It was always lovely and they were careful not to intrude.
All in all, quite the most wonderful holiday in a beautiful villa with breathtaking views from the many terraces. We will definitely return.
Many many thanks & kind regards
Emma, Richy, Jack and Ruby
