Villa Ultramarine is a fabulously large, contemporary style property with heated swimming pool, impressive terraces, private tennis court and basket ball court and with two beautiful coves below the villa - all with impressive views right out over the Saronic Gulf.
The central part of the villa comprises a very large open plan living room with dining area and very impressive kitchen. Furnishings are luxurious, contemporary and minimal in style. So much of summer life in Greece is spent outside and large sliding doors lead out to the terraces with that incredible view visible from all aspects.
There are 8 bedrooms plus gallery bedroom in total - all beds can be made up as either super-king size double, or twins (ie separated):
On the ground floor far wing, there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A staircase from the double bedroom leads up to a mezzanine or gallery space where there are 2 single beds (this gallery space is open to the bedroom below). This bedroom has a private side terrace with wonderful sea views.
On the same wing but to the front is a 2nd double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a front terrace also with sea views.
Above the living room on the first floor are the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. Both have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 3 has access to a large top terrace with panoramic sea views. Bedroom 4 has access to a side terrace also with sea views.
On the lowest level below the living room are four further bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathrooms: Bedroom 5, 6 & 8 each have a double bed. Bedroom 7 has a double bed and a single bed.
An absolute feature of this property are the impressive, large terraces taking maximum advantage of the incredible views. There is plenty of space for guests to feel truly comfortable to enjoy the various outdoor living areas and of course the spectacular outdoor dining area. Just below the main terrace is a marvellous swimming pool with plenty of loungers and comfortable furnishings set out around the pool terrace. Guests can enjoy a game of tennis on the brand new private court just above the sea, where there is also basket-ball.
The sea is absolutely crystal clear and perfect for snorkelling from this villa. Guests have access to two beautiful coves - the nearest is accessed via the gate at the end of the garden, across a very quiet country lane, and straight ahead down a short path to the beach. There is a second beautiful gem of a cove which is almost enclosed with sandy beach just to the left of this. Stand Up Paddle Boards, sea canoes and other water toys are available for guests’ use.
This property has a daily maid service and shopping service. A cook can be organised for breakfast, lunch, dinner and barbecues at a reasonable extra cost - please enquire.
The property is located close to the pretty little fishing village of Kilada which has some excellent fish tavernas. The marina town of Porto Heli is approx 15 mins’ drive where there is boat hire, some waterspours, restaurants and shops as well as easy access to the beautiful island of Spetses (5 mins by water taxi from nearby Kosta Harbour). Hermioni with its range of tavernas above its two harbours is approx a 20 min drive away and from Hermioni there is direct access to the romantic island of Hydra. There are many places of historical interest to visit such as the Venetian town of Nafplion, Ancient Mycenae, and Ancient Epidavros.
This is an excellent property with so much to offer a large family gathering so that no matter whether you are with small children, teenagers or grandparents there is more than enough to satisfy the needs of everyone.
