Contemporary-designed Villa Atalanta slips effortlessly between indoor/outdoor living providing a truly luxurious standard of accommodation. The villa has spectacular views over Kathisma Bay with its white sand beach and turquoise water as well as breathtaking sunset views.
The property is on two levels. The ground floor has a spacious open plan living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Impressive glass doors open out onto a large terrace with views over Kathisma beach. From the hallway, you access two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed with doors leading to a beautiful sea-facing covered terrace with outdoor living area. The second bedroom has flexibility either with twin beds which can be made into one king-size bed. This room also has access to a covered terrace with living area and stunning sea views. These bedrooms share a very stylish bathroom with shower.
The master bedroom is on the upper level and has a large bathroom with bath-tub and shower. Doors lead out to a beautiful private balcony with views right out over the Ionian Sea.
The villa is very well equipped including LCD TV, Bose mini sound system, air-conditioning throughout and WIFI. Furnishings and decor are stylish, comfortable and modern with a relaxed summer feel.
One of the chief delights of Villa Atalanta is the effortless flow of indoor/outdoor summer living which has been so well designed. From the house, large glass doors slide open onto a beautiful covered terrace with outdoor dining and living area as well as barbecue, with a stunning infinity swimming pool (10m x 5m) lying enticingly just beyond.
The west coast of Lefkada has some of the most spectacular beaches in Greece with white sand and with a sea so turquoise it looks as if it has been bleached. Kathisma Beach is approx. 300m below the villa (2 mins by car) and is one of the most beautiful on the island. Guests staying at the villa can enjoy the privacy and tranquillity of the villa surroundings and yet have easy access to the facilities of the beach below where there are some beach bars/tavernas with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pretty fishing village of Aghios Nikitas which has a small array of tavernas, shops and cafes is about 3 minutes drive from the villa. The main town of the island, Lefkas Town, is just a 15 min drive away.
Villa Atalanta can be rented either by itself or in conjunction with neighbouring Villa Aurelia. Both villas have been designed so that each retains its own privacy and tranquillity. The villas are located on a private, un-paved road that is reasonably surfaced so jeep hire is not necessary, with no other houses within close proximity.

Indeed we did enjoy our trip and Minas was most helpful.
This was our sixth or seventh trip with PGV and they have all been
wonderful. It is so reassuring to rent from an organisation that one can rely on with accurate villa break downs and good back up.

We really did thoroughly enjoy our stay at Atalanta. The villa completely reflects the photographs, it was comfortable and everything was clean and new, the view was to die for. We were brilliantly looked after by Minas, and apart from a cancelled boat trip due to weather, there was nothing we lacked.
Wish we could do it all again!
