Set in a secluded position amongst ancient olive groves in the beautiful Peligoni hills sits Spiti Anna. This colonial style house is full of character and timeless Grecian charm. It comprises a main house with three bedrooms and a guest house which was once the cottage of the olive pickers.

The property is all on one level with a deep and large terrace running along the entire front of the property. The central part of the main house has a large open plan living room with kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is situated to the right of the living room. To the left are two further bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms have large doors leading onto the terrace.

Above the main house is the olive pickers cottage now converted into a lovely guest house with bedroom and ensuite bathroom and its own terrace. In total there are 3 double bedrooms and one bedroom which can be either a twin or double room.

The wonderful terrace running the length of the property has two outdoor dining areas with barbecue, as well as comfortable outdoor living areas. Below the terrace is a stunning pool with sun loungers, and to one side a beautiful pergola with outdoor living area.

Little pathways meander through the naturally planted gardens harmonising perfectly with the surrounding nature. The property benefits from stunning sea views.

The property has air-conditioning, ceiling fans, daily housekeeper and WIFI. A cook can be arranged at an extra cost.

Spiti Anna is located on the northern coast of Zakynthos is an area of outstanding natural beauty. The little port of Aghios Nikolaos is a short drive away (2.5km) where there are some bars, cafes, tavernas and a supermarket as well as the nearest beach. There is also a twice daily ferry to Kefalonia and back and the famous shipwreck beach and blue caves are close by. Boat hire, Kayaks and water skiing can all be arranged.
