A stone path winds through Olives and indigenous shrubs under pergolas and down steps, past cypress trees and old stone walls to arrive at the door of Villa Water.
 
The wooden door enters into an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with large glass doors giving access to the pool, surrounding terraces and views to the sea and pine cladded hill sides. The room is light and the reflection of the water from the pool ripples across the wooden ceiling. 
 
There is a comfortable sofa and armchair to the right with tv and stereo. French doors lead to a table and chairs outside which is a perfect spot for playing 'tavli' or drinking ouzo on a hot summers day. 
 
To the left is the dining area with kitchen close by. The table is set for four and two sets of doors open on to the poolside terrace and alfresco dining area with a chestnut pergola offering ample shade.
 
The kitchen is L shaped equipped with modern appliances and is conveniently located to bring culinary delights to the nearby eating areas.
 
Two flights of stairs access one of two bedrooms giving maximum privacy to the guests.
 
Both bedrooms are equal in standard with wooden vaulted ceilings and private balconies accessed by large glass doors. One of the bedrooms can be easily turned into a twin which gives flexibility guest arrangements.
 
Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and modern fittings. Ample hanging and storage space is provided with high quality bed linens and Cocomat Matresses with toppers.
 
Outside a V shaped swimming pool clings to the house and the trickle from the water slipping over the sides is peaceful and enchanting.
 
Four teak sunloungers are provided with conformable cushions and local stone has been used which enhances the natural surroundings. The views over the olive groves below and the sea in the distance are never tiring as the yachts sail by in the bay.
 
Perfect for two couples or a family of four with children who are 10 years or more.
