The construction of the property finished in 2020 and the vast majority of the interior is custom made and handmade from local craftsmen. Essentially the property comprises of 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open living room space with kitchen where there is a 3rd double bed.

On the ground floor there is an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and queen size bed which can be used as the 3rd bedroom area. There is also an independent suite with double bed, a small kitchenette and its own garden. Between these rooms, there is a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, including a washing and a clothing dryer machine. 

Above on the upper floor is an open-plan bedroom with mesmerizing views of the sunset on the left and sunrise on the right side. A high-end projector, over the bed, will play your favorite movies without having to sacrifice the ease of the bed. Apart from that, there is a separate dressing room and a luxury bathroom with a shower. A spacious balcony which can be accessed via the ground floor as well benefits from incredible sea views.

The outside area consists of a lovely green garden and a big fully furnished patio with a dining area. The outside dining area has a glass pergola and includes a heating system, so it can be used all year around. 

The property is beach-fronted and a great touch is the unique tree house on the beach which will provide you with panoramic views of the sunset, where you can relax and unwind in comfort and style.
